Teeth that overlap or sit slightly out of line.
Small gaps or spacing
Minor spaces between teeth that you'd like to close.
Teeth that shifted after braces
Teeth that have moved since earlier orthodontic treatment, often called orthodontic relapse.
Invisalign® clear aligners aren't right for everyone. Your orthodontist determines eligibility after an in-person evaluation. If your case needs more than a limited correction, we'll explain your options, including comprehensive treatment at Behl Orthodontics, which is priced separately.

Step 2: Orthodontic evaluation and recommendation
An orthodontist evaluates your teeth and bite and tells you whether Invisalign® clear aligners are appropriate. If they are, you'll review your plan, your initial package and any separately priced services before deciding.
Step 3: Begin treatment
Once you approve your plan and complete payment, your aligners are ordered and treatment begins.

Additional limited refinement
$499
If you'd like further correction after your initial aligners, and your orthodontist approves it, one additional limited refinement cycle is available for a fixed fee. It covers a reassessment, updated records when clinically needed, one revised plan, one additional aligner sequence, and monitoring during that sequence. Further refinements are not automatically included.
If additional treatment is needed because of a case-selection, treatment-planning or other error by the practice, your reassessment is at no charge and no fee applies to correcting that error.
Lost-retainer replacement — complete upper-and-lower set
$499
Retainers are always made as complete upper-and-lower sets. A replacement set for lost retainers is available for a fixed fee. A remake of your original set for poor fit is included, as above.

Additional refinements, replacement of lost retainers, comprehensive orthodontic treatment and services outside the approved scope are not included.

Teeth naturally tend to shift over time, especially if retainers weren't worn consistently. Many adults in this situation explore clear aligners. Your free consultation will determine whether aligner treatment is suitable for your specific case.
Are retainers included?
Yes. One upper-and-lower retainer set is included. It's made after your orthodontist approves your final result, not with your first aligners, so it matches your finished smile. One remake is included if that set doesn't fit properly. Lost retainers can be replaced as a complete upper-and-lower set for a separate fixed fee.
Are refinements included?
No. Additional refinements are not part of the initial package. If you'd like further correction after your initial aligners and your orthodontist approves it, one additional limited refinement cycle is available for a fixed fee. If extra treatment is needed because of an error by the practice, your reassessment is at no charge and no fee applies to correcting that error.
